- Agreement to Terms
By engaging with Kaushik Chandra’s services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service. - Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received. - Scheduling and Communication
All appointments or calls will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. It is your responsibility to ensure availability at the scheduled time. - Rescheduling Policy
Any rescheduling of calls must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. - Non-Attendance by Client
If the client fails to attend the scheduled call without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. - 3-Day Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:- The refund request is made within 3 days of payment.
- The scheduled call has not taken place.
- There has been no communication or call with Kaushik Chandra during this period.
- Refund Process
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Exclusions from Refund
Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:- If the call or communication has occurred.
- If the refund request is made after the 3-day period.

3-Day Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be entertained if the client has not spoken to Kaushik Chandra within the first three days of payment.
- If a call has not taken place and no communication has been established during this period, the client may request a refund.
- Refund requests made after 3 days will not be entertained under any circumstances.
